Kliniq brings AI-powered drug interaction checking, clinical decision support, and digital records to Pakistan's 200,000+ doctors. Free to start. Powerful when you need it.
Free forever on the basic tier · No credit card required · Works offline
200,000+ registered doctors. Zero standardised digital records. A preventable drug error crisis with no one watching.
They built appointment booking. Nobody built clinical intelligence. That is the gap Kliniq fills.
Faster than paper. Smarter than any existing EMR in Pakistan. Designed for the reality of 60-patient days.
Real-time alerts as you prescribe. Built on Pakistan's DRAP formulary combined with DrugBank. The first feature that makes doctors gasp — because nobody has done this before.
Symptom and vitals input generates differential diagnosis suggestions. Not a replacement for clinical judgment — an intelligent second opinion you can act on or dismiss.
Automated reminders when HbA1c is overdue, BP checks missed, or chronic protocols need updating. Catch what paper and memory cannot.
Share prescriptions instantly via WhatsApp. No printer needed. Patients receive a permanent digital record they can show any doctor.
Works without internet. Syncs automatically when connected. Built for Pakistan's network realities, not Silicon Valley assumptions about always-on connectivity.
Upload lab reports. AI interprets values in context of patient history, flags abnormals, and suggests follow-up actions. Available in Urdu and English.
One patient. Three specialists. Four concurrent medications. Kliniq watches the whole picture in real time.
More doctors → more patient records → better AI models → deeper clinical intelligence → harder to copy. The EMR is the wedge. The clinical AI is the castle.
Dual revenue streams: doctor SaaS + pharma B2B data intelligence. Two customers, one product, one compounding dataset.
Free tier drives adoption. AI tier drives revenue. Pharma layer drives the business.
Everything needed to go digital today. No friction, no excuses.
Full AI clinical intelligence for doctors who practice at the highest level.
Multi-doctor clinics with shared records, analytics, and custom branding.
Two engineers. One mission. A clear, honest path from zero to PMF-validated traction.
These conversations happened before a single line of code was written during our week of doctor discovery.
"I see 60 patients a day. Half are on medication from two or three other doctors. I have no idea what they're taking. This drug interaction feature alone would change how I practice."
"I just opened my first clinic after residency. I never had a paper system to begin with — I've been writing prescriptions in my phone's notes app. This is exactly what I've been waiting for."
"My diabetic patients come back every month and I can never remember who needs their HbA1c. If Kliniq reminds me automatically, I'm paying for Pro on day one without hesitation."
A NUST engineering team combining AI/ML depth with a close understanding of how Pakistani doctors actually work.
Zaheer is a NUST Mechanical Engineering student with a parallel career in AI/ML engineering. He has built and shipped production ML systems, including full-stack applications. He brings together the rare combination of clinical-workflow empathy, product design instinct, and the engineering depth to build AI that actually works in Pakistani clinical environments. He is also a filmmaker and content creator, which shapes how he approaches product narrative and user trust.
Ali is the technical backbone of Kliniq, bringing deep backend and systems engineering expertise to the team. As CTO, he leads the architecture of Kliniq's offline-first infrastructure, AI integration layer, and clinical data pipeline. His focus is on building a system that is robust, secure, and scalable across Pakistan's diverse connectivity environments — from high-speed Islamabad clinics to rural setups with intermittent internet.
Early access doctors get Pro free for 3 months and directly shape the product. We are onboarding 30 clinics in Rawalpindi and Islamabad first.
We'll reach out within 48 hours with your early access invitation. Thank you for being part of building Pakistan's clinical future.
Meanwhile, feel free to reach us at hello@kliniq.pk
Yes. The free tier — including patient registration, digital prescription writing, 100 patient records, and WhatsApp sharing — is permanently free. We make money when you upgrade to Pro for AI features, not from locking basic functionality behind a paywall.
We combine Pakistan's DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan) registered formulary with DrugBank's clinical interaction database. As you add drugs to a prescription, our AI checks all combinations in real time and surfaces alerts with severity levels and clinical guidance. This is a Pro feature.
Yes. Kliniq is built offline-first. You can write prescriptions, add patient records, and access visit history without any internet connection. Everything syncs automatically when your connection is restored. This was a core design requirement from our doctor discovery sessions.
Patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We are building in compliance with Pakistan's Personal Data Protection Bill (PDPB) framework. Pharma intelligence products use only fully anonymised, aggregated data — individual patient records are never sold or shared. A strict commercial and clinical separation is a founding principle of Kliniq.
Marham and InstaCare are patient-facing appointment booking platforms. Kliniq is a doctor-facing clinical tool. We are not competing for booking transactions — we are replacing the prescription pad and building clinical intelligence infrastructure. Different customer, different problem, different product.
We are currently in the build phase, targeting our first 30-clinic beta in Rawalpindi and Islamabad within 10 weeks. Early access applicants will be the first to receive invitations. Apply above to secure your spot.
